Convenient location just minutes away from a popular beach. The room was spacious and had a nice balcony overlooking the sea, a cozy patio, and a comfy carpet – loved it! 🌊

This hotel is my top choice in the area, it's well-kept with a contemporary design, offering a delicious breakfast to suit all preferences and a great location.

We booked it before and recommend it to everyone. The hotel was clean and luxury, had well-organized staff and brand-new rooms. The location was strategic and convenient for exploring Batu Ferringhi. Furthermore, the area was good! 

Exceptional service at this place. I enjoyed delicious meals at a lovely restaurant in the evenings. The staff was attentive, took the initiative, and promptly fulfilled any requests. The food was fantastic, and the location was just perfect. 🌟

The kid's corner is so expensive and not much of the entaining. Also, it should be open till 9pm so that the children have a place to enjoy in the evening. Not much activities there. The shallow pool that use for ball play is too dangerous for children who want to swim in the swallow end.

The location here is wonderful, being close to the night market and the beach. This area is definitely worth a visit.

The hotel has incredible views, very clean pool, and free on-site parking. The staff is very hospitable and thoughtful, always smiling and focused on great service. The breakfast offers a variety of great food. The property's location is particularly 

luxurious and perfect hotel, the services were excellent, decent location easy to find restaurant. brand-new & beautifully maintained rooms with king size bed and full facilities, for example.

We were offered very tasty breakfasts with many varieties. The staff that checked us in was very hospitable and thoughtful. The location was particularly good in a tourist area, close enough to sea and shops and restaurants.

My recent stay at Holiday Inn was absolutely fantastic. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and had stunning views. The buffet breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of dishes. The pool area was clean and inviting, 

The receptionist, Aly, who welcomed us upon check-in and who also happened to check us out, was very friendly and helpful. Generally, the staff were polite.

The concierge service did not prove to be very helpful when we wanted to find out where is and how to get to David Brown Restaurant. We read that it was located at Strawberry Hill from a website and when we indicated to the concierge that this was the location, they were quick to point out that it was amidst the Cameron Highlands without further verification. We believed that such information could be easily searched and retrieved from the internet if guests were to query. We were surprised that we did not manage to get help on this despite us reading about how the restaurant is famous in Penang.
